When I made my first passport, they asked for my birth certificate, but they stole it from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service et très bon accueil. Ils répondent avec courtoisie et professionnalisme! Je suis agréablement surpris du service. Ils sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions! Et l'attente n'est pas très longue! Je crois que la qualité du service s'est grandement améliorée chez Service Canada depuis quelques années!
Excellent service and very welcome. They respond with courtesy and professionalism! I am pleasantly surprised with the service. They are very available to answer our questions! And the wait is not very long! I believe that the quality of service has greatly improved at Service Canada in recent years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je met 1 parce que je peux pas mettre 0... Ils acceptent pas mon nouveau certificat de naissance délivré par le gouvernement du Québec lors de mon inscription à l'état civil. Il faut que j'en commande un autre de la nouvelle Écosse où je suis née, mais ils ne sont pas au courant du changement de nom. Vraiment horrible comme expérience et ils n'ont pas pu me diriger pour la suite, il faut que je me débrouille seule... On parle de mon identité ici allô !?!
I put 1 because I cannot put 0 ... They do not accept my new birth certificate issued by the government of Quebec when I registered with the civil status. I have to order another from Nova Scotia where I was born, but they are not aware of the name change. Really horrible as an experience and they could not direct me for the rest, I must manage on my own ... We are talking about my identity here hello!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T'arrive a 8h20, y'a 3 personnes devant toi et personne derrière toi.. ils ouvrent a 8h30.. c'est parfait !! Ils te dirige vers la bonne endroit.. 9h15, t'as toujours pas passé.... je répète 3 personnes devant toi seulement... 3 caisses ouvertes.. y'a un bogue a quelque part là!!
You arrive at 8:20, there are 3 people in front of you and nobody behind you .. they open at 8:30 .. it's perfect! They lead you to the right place .. 9:15, you still have not passed .... I repeat 3 people in front of you only ... 3 crates open .. there's a bug somewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est un bureau de chômage. Les employés sont inutile, condescendant et sans aucun pouvoir. Ils ne peuvent même pas faire un changement d'adresse ils donnent une réponse prémaché comme des drones et pour tout ce qui est autre chose que le chômage, ils demandent d'appeler. Si on se déplace en personne c'est parce qu'on veut pas attendre le 1-2H sur la ligne.
Aucune compassion aucune empathie.
It's an unemployment office. Employees are useless, condescending and without any power. They can not even make a change of address they give a premachioed answer like drones and for all that is other than unemployment, they ask to call. If we move in person it's because we do not want to wait 1-2H on the line.
No compassion, no empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service tres courtois mais par contre je me suis déplacer pour rien (t'es bien au service canada mais nous avons pas d'agent qualifier pour régler votre problème) c'est mieux d'appler au centre d'appel ça sert a quoi d'avoir des emploi qui ne peuvent pas aider la population .)
very courteous service but on the other hand I traveled for nothing (you're fine at service canada but we don't have a qualified agent to solve your problem) it's better to call the call center what's the point having jobs that cannot help the population.)
