★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il est difficile d’obtenir de l’appui conséquent avec ce député dans des problématiques avec IRCC. J’ai demandé un appui dans une situation familiale en lien avec IRCC et j’ai été très déçue par la manière dont mon dossier a été traité : pourtant bien commencé mais ensuite aucun suivi , on ne répond pas à mes appels , messages vocaux et mails . S’il faut voter pour des personnes qui ne prennent pas le soin d’aller jusqu’au bout des démarches avec les citoyens alors je vous recommande de voter pour un autre député car la situation n’est pas résolue depuis 5 mois que j’avais fait la demande et personne à son bureau n’a fait de retour d’appel ou de courriel. Je reste séparée de ma famille et dois me prendre un avocat pour la situation alors que le MP pour lequel j’ai voté aurait bien pu faire là job. Tout est politique .. pffff
It is difficult to obtain substantial support with this MP on issues with IRCC. I asked for support in a family situation in connection with IRCC and I was very disappointed by the way my file was handled: although it started well but then no follow-up, my calls, voice messages and emails. If you have to vote for people who do not take care to follow through with the citizens, then I recommend that you vote for another MP because the situation has not been resolved for 5 months that I made the request and no one in his office returned a call or email. I remain separated from my family and have to get a lawyer for the situation when the MP for whom I voted could have done the job. Everything is political.. pffff
