★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first visit to adonis store in gatineau and I was not impressed .
The service from some staff is not friendly and slow. Also paying at the cash is long as the cashier has no helper. Space between the iles is narrow. I don’t think l will visiting the store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably just me but I was turned off by the fact my plate was built with staff using their hands (gloved) and not utensils. Not use to seeing my salad being scooped out by hand, same person who just scooped out my pre-shaved shawarma chicken from a tray in the the steam table. During peak lunch rush hour, this is the same place where if you say yes to "want everything on it" you get a pre-made wrapped chicken shawarma sandwiche waiting for you under a heat lamp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawarma is rather nice but the portion size varies depending on who serves you....
I eat here twice a week at least.... having to keep your fingers crossed that you get 'Generous Chicken' Guy and not 'minimal chicken' guy is disappointing..
