Wait times are incredibly long on a Monday morning. Expect to wait outside for about 2 hours. I'd bring a snack, a chair, and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

I applied today for my passport in this location.My application was professionally viewed by a very nice lady.Her name is Agnes. The place is nice and clean and very good organized I booked the appointment on line Everything was nice and fast

Called to make a Passport appointment. Lady on the phone was ZERO help. Told "we can't make an appointment till your travel date is 25 Days, and even if we make an appointment If the government decided to change the rules then our appointment is not guaranteed" Our travel Date is April 5th..So 25.5 Days away. Still would not let me make and appointment. WHAT A JOKE OUR GOVERNMENT IS!

Extremely dissapointed with the way Service Canada is run in regard to passport applications. The information you need on the website is not informative and difficult to find/ navigate, which leads to passport rejections. As well, the process to make an appointment/ service request is frustrating - For an appointment you have to submit an online request for an appointment and then wait for a call back. If you don't answer the phone for the call back (2 tries) you have to start the process again which is very frustrating. It would be easier if there was an online portal so you could book an appointment without waiting for a callback. Additionally, having to send documents through the mail ("the preferred method") and wait weeks just to get a rejection letter that could have been avoided if the information and instructions were easy to find and follow would have made this process less of a hassle. I feel like the system could be revamped so having to utilize these services could be more user friendly and streamlined, because it is not often people need to use these services and ultimately they will need help from a professional who works at Service Canada. Make it more accessible and user friendly.

What a horrible experience today waiting for a passport renewal, got there at 7:45am, there was already 10 ppl in line outside the building, the office opens at 8:30am, waited OUTSIDE in the freezing cold for almost 4 HOURS even though there was only 10 ppl ahead of me, they let someone in about every 25 minutes. There was only approx 4 staff working that handle everything from passports to issuing sin #s. When I finally got access to the warm waiting room it was as big as a gymnasium yet completely empty, all those ppl outside could have been waiting inside a heated building. Finally got out of there around 12:15pm my hands and feet were completely numb and I felt physically sick.

Spent two hrs waiting outside in minus 25 windchill to get one piece of paper printed which would have taken about 30 seconds. While outside i felt dizzy and ended up lying on the cold cement sidewalk. The most the staff offered was a tottery steel chair to sit on outside. I am fully vaccinated and was masked and they would not allow to enter the vestibule to keep warm and be protected. The next day April 14, I called E I office to send me the form I needed and as of today April 27 I still do not have this piece of paper that I need to do my taxes. "Happy to be of service"? Really!!

Waited two hours today, wouldn't of been bad if the social distancing didn't keep you outside in -37. So make sure you dress for the weather. Susan the security guard was lovely. My worker that helped me was super kind as well.

They handle a high volume of people in an effective and efficient manner. Was 1.5 hrs for a new passport on an extremely busy Friday. Staff from front security all the way to check out were kind and knowledgeable.
