★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there at 9am, and there was already a line outside the door. Didn't end up getting in the building until about 12 30pm and didn't actually get seen until 2pm. I just needed to change the name on my SIN, and they actually did it fairly quickly, ~10mins or so and everything was all done. Staff are nice. It was cold outside so I think they should let more people line up inside, because it was ridiculous having to wait for about 3 and a half hours in the cold. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because my problem got solved quickly and again, the staff were nice. My advice: get there EARLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and friendly staff. Well organized queue. I was there at the location @7:45 and came out by 9:10 am for child passport service. I was 9 in line at 7:45. I didn’t expect everything to go smooth considering the people reviews about other locations in mississauga and Brampton. But at this place I was in and out less than 40 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very impressed by the efficiency of the staff at this location. I was here today (Jan 28) to apply for a new SIN number. I got here early at 8:15 am and I was third in line, and got in by 8:35 am (they open at 8:30 am). The whole process inside took less than 15 minutes in total. I see some comments about the security staff, but I found them to be alright. I was waiting for my Uber inside the building after my appointment (my mistake), but the security staff was polite when he asked if I could wait between the 2 front doors.
Overall, I had a very good experience getting my SIN here for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience from the security person outside, he gave a clear information about the processing time. Registration desk lady was also very helpful. We had 3 application for passport which was all handled by officer named Trish, she was very helpful and I do appreciate her service. We travelled all the way from Scarborough to etiobicoke expecting quick and better service as I had a newborn who was just 18 days old. Got the complete process done in 2 hours. Thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this office to apply for a passport and SIN name change. I was helped by Trish and she is absolutely phenomenal, very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, she even helped me with questions I had with regards to EI for maternity leave. She went above and beyond. All my interactions with all staff members has been very pleasant. Thank you for everything you do and changing the experience of government offices to a positive one!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very impressed by the service at this location. I was here today to apply for SIN number for one of my colleague. We got here by 2:30 pm and we were around 20th number in line, and got in by 3:20 pm. (Walk in)
The whole process inside took less than 10 minutes in total. Line moves really fast. Security guard was also very helpful. Staff members are also very nice inside and very quick and hustle free service.
Overall, I had excellent experience at this location. This location is little far from Brampton but I will say it is worth to go there rather than wasting your time by going to Brampton locations and getting nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant experience I had speaking to the Service Canada Officer by the name of Lori. She assisted and was compassionate towards my request. She reviewed my form and also offered additional assistance for my request to be assessed. Absolute excellent performance! Thank you for all your help once again. I was so pleased with this location too.
I would also like to mention that I observed the empathy shown by two individuals Lori and Krishna.
Krishna had been assisting another lady who had lost her wallet and needed assistance getting all her documents back but had been getting the run around. Krishna is part of the Security Staff and her character stood out like gold as she was able to calm the lady down and get her to follow the requests from the Officer at front desk.
Thank you for all the help from the Service Canada team whom I had the opportunity to interact with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for SIN no. Took appointment through their website . Got a call & representative booked my appointment 8:30 am. I went there 8:25am… they allow walk-in as well but appointment one will be priority.
Over all process completed in 15 min
Documents required:
1. Passport
2. Permit
3. Form
