★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, rude, abrupt service. Canada service employee wanted me to leave and complete my application on line. She actually asked if I wanted to do that instead. When i asked if I had an option to complete my application now as i was in the office, she rolled her eyes and huffed as though my request was a bother. Speech and approach was very condescending unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and heartless people, the security guards are nice and helpful with a better understanding of what people are doing there. This is the same at any level of government employees. One day all Canadian employees should have to follow the same rules, especially those living on taxpayers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security was very friendly and polite, but the rest of staff was unbelievable rude and rough and I couldn’t believe that I am in Canada!!!! The women who assisted with the service tried to humiliate and insulted us giving comments to Ukrainian new comers who doesn’t know English yet! Also she asked inappropriate questions why we didn’t go to Niagara Falls location and also why we are here instead of apply online! Unbelievable! People who just came in from the war have to go through that unfriendly environment!!!!! I wish I can send that message to someone who is higher and have some answers back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 82 year old mother visited Service Canada/St Catharines to give paperwork for my fathers death benefit. The gentleman she dealt with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. You should be ashamed of yourself show some compassion!!! The employee at reception was the only person who was pleasant.

I came in today to apply for a new passport. Jay (or Ray I can’t remember) helped me out and he was very pleasant to deal with.
The security guards were also very pleasant !!!
Great experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for our SIN. Diane helped us. She is very efficient and warm hearted. Because my English is not well, she was very patient and explained everything in great details and professionalism. Loved her and all the staff. Very good social distancing and screening.

My mom lacks English and everyone was very supportive and patient with my mom and the reason why we were seeking support. And shout of to Stephanie the security guard for being very nice and assisting us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off i’m still sort of new to the Canadian system and so is my girlfriend. When we went inside this location the guards were very nice and helpful but the other staff were awful. Just very rude and treated us like children. I get you probably have a tough job but you are in service your job obviously isn’t be mean to people. If your that miserable then don’t work there. It’s people like them who don’t make this system easy for newcomers and even residents of this great country.
