I left my driver’s license and asked whether they keep it. The response was so quick and I could pick it up quickly. Location is another strength for North Van residents. I am glad to hear re-opening!

I was dissatisfied with their I came here and the Canadian government has to come up with a basic idea for this branch. In this branch, people wait a long time and their work is either not done or done very slowly. I suggest going to other branches or online

I was in a wrong office with my daughter's documents. We have been having a hard time to fix our issue. Our agent J. (Rightfully named) from North Vancouver service Canada questions our problem, asked around, and actually found the problem on their end. She expedited our file due to it's urgency and helped me to find the link on my phone! I was there to fill up another document. However, she found the source of our issue. We had no idea about it. To top that, she was extremely kind, caring, and polite.
What I really want to say is that she went above and beyond her work to facilitate my needs.
What a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrific.. I don't think I have given a 1 star ever. After 2 attempts to gain a passport in person I was told to call the 800 number. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. If you are looking for a passport get your application in minimum 5 weeks. Canada Services are taking "appointments" to get a passport.
Service Canada needs to get ahead of this and let Canadians know there are huge delays in getting a passport. However, they are reactive and will most likely do nothing. So check your passport and children's passports and get them updated by registered mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 hrs wait. There are 2 security guards, the older is super nice. The younger, with a pony tail, is arrogant, unpleasant to deal with and has a chip on his shoulder. Will avoid this service Canada office in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great, except waiting time was a little bit long. ¡¡¡Avoid parking in their underground parking lot which belongs to Easypark!!! They issued me a violation ticket during my paid parking period, now I have to waste my time on appealing the violation. Btw, the parking rate was $4.25/hr. You can just park on the other side of the street which is completely free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest Service Canada among all! These people don’t realize there is a long line waiting for them to finish!! They work so slowly and there is literally 1-2 person working on SIN numbers of whole North Vancouver!!! This makes absolutely no sense!! SERVICE CANADA HAS TOTALLY 3 STAFF (INCLUDING THE CLEANING STAFF)!!! Interestingly, there are 6 offices in total and 4 of them are empty!!! I mean come on you have the space and the money(our taxes of course) just hire 4 more people!! Jesus is it really hard to understand????
