★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Friday October 1st) Waited in line for 4 hours (S.I.N Card) then at the end they told us to go home cause they close at 4pm. There was only 6 people in line and 1 person working in the building purposely taking her time. Saw a pregnant women waiting in line was denied to use the washroom! Service canada does not care about international workers/students. They need to work to survive this should be reviewed and take immediate action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait in line for 2.5 hrs for a passport renewal, only to have them close. Open till 4pm on weekdays and closed on weekends? What a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cold outside ; had to wait in line ;only one person let in at a time . Unbelievable that they would require seniors to wait out in the bitter cold weather to gain access to the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I show up at 8:45am they open at 8:30 only two girls ahead me. Staff took forever. Only one computer working and there was 10 people in line. Very bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED. Better to go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 15th dec 2021 around 9:30am. Very good and fast work, there was no line possibly one person ahead of me. As soon as I arrived the guard let me in and told me to wait for my turn. Once called got my SIN number easily and was explained everything nicely. All in all a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal experience here. I came here with a request for reconsideration form which I filled out , based on the instruction received by service Canada, due to an erroneous suggestion by Employment Canada that I had incorrectly received an advance CERB payment when I was laid off for 2 months in 2020.
The security guard advised me I was in the wrong place, and that I need to contact CRA. I advised him that I was instructed to come here. He then told me that CERB is a CRA issue, and that I would be turned away, but that I was welcome to wait.
He approached me a further THREE TIMES to tell me that I was wasting my time, and that I would be waiting a long time for nothing. Even as I was next in line. This is blatant harassment.
I went I to the building, answered the screening questions, and waited for the next agent. She was reasonably helpful, stamped my forms, and sent them away.
I walked out of the building, and the security staff refused to give me their information so that I could make a report. Photo of the two gentlemen included here. The one who was harassing me refused to come outside to be identified.
I don't have a lot of faith that this is being dealt with correctly based on the rat race I've been going through on this, and having people outside of service Canada trying to turn me away certainly doesn't help to reassure me.
I should say, that the service inside, from the person who was in training was excellent. But this is overshadowed by the bullying and harassment by the "gatekeepers" outside the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new passport and came here. I came 15 minutes before opening and there was already a line in front of me, around 6 people? I was fine waiting, which was probably around an hour… You gotta do what you gotta do?. KUDOS to the TWO ladies inside doing it all!!!! The lady who helped me, I didn’t get her name, was sooooo super sweet and really helpful!!! Service was quick once inside.
