I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now and I used to be so scared of the dentist - but I know with the wonderful staff at Serenity Dental there’s nothing to fear! They’re always so sweet and patient, I even got my wisdom teeth removed and have nothing but good words to say about the experience. Thank you so much Serenity Dental ! :)

I can’t give negative stars. Service started out good but the service go worst over the years. Went for a cleaning at a set time, was taken into the room and was left sitting in the chair waiting for someone to show up for over 45 minutes. Finally got up and walked out never to return. Every time after a checkup always had a cavity or two and they always wanted to use up my insurance by the end of the year. Since moving on to a new dentist three years ago I have been cavity free!

Going for treatment after 1 year (due to COVID), I was not having the best time at my previous dental office and was recommended Serenity Dental. I have been here twice now, once for scaling and once for a filling. The hygienist was very reassuring and the client care I could tell was genuine - I also had no trouble with pain as she was gentle but effective. My second visit was for a re-do of a filling (one poorly done by a previous dentist elsewhere). I could tell Dr. Mangat suggested this filling be redone for the benefit of my bite - rather than just for the sake of doing dental work - and I appreciate the overall consistently in care the entire staff offered. Dental offices can be tough environments to both work with and be clients of, and though at times any dental office can have its issues - Serenity Dental seems to handle mishaps much better as they seem to work better as a team in comparison to previous offices I've worked with. I am sure I will return.

Last August I came in for a wisdom tooth removal. During the procedure they chipped the tooth beside it. The dentine was exposed and it become very sensitive. I went back 5 days later so they could do something about it, and they were very passive about it. They took x-rays and the dentist just looked at it and shaved it down a bit (which didn't address the real problem) and told me to come back if it still bothered me. After how the last 2 appointments went, I didn't feel comfortable doing that

Assistant are good but not the Dentist, she always in hurry, never focus on single patient, sometime have to wait 20 to 30 minutes after cleaning. It not professional if you can't time management, finally out from there and saved my dental benefits

When you see someone doing great, acknowledge it! Today, I was at Serenity for some dental work. My dental hygienist made it a great visit. Well done! This also made me to write more about the GREAT work I always get to see at Serenity Dentals. Dr. Mangat, I know her for many years and have had her as my Dentist at Serenity Dental Clinic in Winnipeg. She has taken care of my entire family. Dr. Mangat is highly skilled in doing all the important dental jobs including fixing broken tooth, extractions, root canals and other minor and major surgeries. We trust her work and advice completely. Team Serenity is outstanding and it's always been a great experience!! We highly recommend Serenity!!

Im late by a few years. But for anyone reading this. Stay away. My first appointment a check up. She the dentist drilled thru my rear mollar into the last mollar to get at a supposed cavity. She never asked me or explained till after the fact. I am darn near cavity free for over 60 years. Anyhow my current dentist could not understand that approach. It resulted in my tooth finally having to be extracted. She billed my insurance company the total amount allowed for one year in one visit. If you want a dentist that wants to help preserve your teeth,.I suggest you drive past.

Billing is confusing and, in my opinion, an error. I hope to be corrected tomorrow. (Image included) So, my wife and daughter went in today and were mostly happy with the experience. My daughter has a fear of dental work but seemed ok. We were a little shocked at the amount of dental work one dentist told us she needed. Especially since one person at the clinic told my wife that she only needed 2 cavitys filled and a dentist at another clinic had said the same. This evening, we went over the bill we received and were very confused. 551.50 was the total but we are not sure where it came from. The itemized list showed a total of 265.40 with a line that reads "insurance expected" for the same amount. Also, an account balance of 71.52. completely unsure of where these charges came from or how they were calculated. I will be calling in the morning to get clarification. I'd go over your bills to ensure there were no errors like this though. Also, there is a follow up appointment, that we were not told about, booked. I can see this just being a routine thing, but would it not have been discussed before they left? Image included.
