About College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
The Board governs, controls, and administers the affairs of the College in accordance with The Licensed Practical Nurses Act (the Act). The Board deals with College business through the appointment of the Executive Director.
The CLPNM Board of Directors is made up of 12 individuals. The composition of the Board is defined in the Act and By-Laws. The Board includes one President, six elected LPN members, and five public members (three appointed by Government and two appointed by the Board). The Terms of Office are defined in the By-laws.
