Extremely bad service. rude people, they leave calls unanswered. emails unanswered. they are just there to charge with no service in return. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a management company to manage their building to just ignore these people. They are unprofessional and extremely rude and incompetent!

Like to mention the efficiency and prompt responses of Anna Alfonso…when ever we request or bring to her attention an issue she follow up and finds solutions …hope she will stay the communicator in charge of our building 500 Mousseau

Mr. Amin Galopin and his team member, Lawrence have been very informative and cooperative in helping me gain online access to my condominium account containing tons of valuable information. As well, they courteously answered all of my questions regarding documents I need to prepare in placing the condo for sale.

Incompetent property management company, it deserves a 0 star. All Building Boards should avoid this company at all cost. They are hardly present at the building, terrible and aggressive customer service (expect to be waiting for 20 minutes on the phone or no replies by email), they provide no expertise to the Syndicate of co-owners and will always find excuses and someone to blame when things fall through the cracks. Condo fees will be constantly increased and buildings will continue to look neglected. Bois Franc condo boards must look into replacing this mediocre company before it is too late.

The management of Le Seville has been horrendous since I moved here in 2021. And that's not just my opinion. The owners and renters have had meetings and many discussions in person and online to fix problems and try to switch management. PHASE 3 under André Vecerina's management has been the worst. Owners and renters have even signed a petition form with all the issues that are being ignored as it's gotten so bad. We try to contact his team (Julien Michau included) and get no reply or plans to fix problems, nor reimbursement.. We get the same responses but no course of action or dates. Pool lining needs to be changed since last year for #3... so change it? What are condo owners paying this high amount for? Not transparent at all. The amenities were closed since December due to problems that had no end date. The 3 rooftop pools are still not open and it's almost June.. the water is murky and smells horrible. Phase 3 has no furniture on the rooftop still as well. The gym had a ceiling collapse and the indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi were all closed until recently. Packages and bikes are constantly stolen with no help or changes from management. The cameras don't even work, so no one can get justice or feel safe. I rarely see security guards at the doors and when I do, I get no help. There's horrible lack of communication or initiative with management. People feel robbed of their money in this luxury condominium. Phase 1 has a new manager, I would love to see phase 3 have a change, because no one is happy with how things are being managed. The building is beautiful, it's a shame it's been run down by management. I really hope something changes.

Avoid this company at all cost! There is a reason here why many people are leaving one star comment. It’s because indeed they don’t do their job as they suppose to. As a condo management team, all they do is imposing a bunch of complicated by-law rules to their co-owners, but ridiculously the condo manager doesn’t follow the by-law herself. When you need help, no way they respond to your concerns. You would be super lucky if someone picks your call and their line doesn’t have a mailbox for you to leave your message. They are not transparent to their budget either. Whenever you have a question toward some items in the budget, they try to bypass your question without showing any official receipt to you. In the end you have no clue where your condo fee goes. Currently for the condo I’m acquiring, the team has a law case with one of the co-owners. No doubt for the service they are offering, it’s not a surprise that they are sued by co-owner. But be advised that even if you have nothing to do with the case, as a co-owner you’re still paying a huge amount of condo fees for the lawyer fees for the benefit of this company. What makes me sick is their cold, inhuman attitude. They don’t understand that they are hired to support their co-owners. In fact they are the one who is causing the problem to their co-owners and kinda like telling you “go screw yourself”. Listen, I used to work with some other management companies in the past, so I know what a good condo management service should be like. Don’t waste your money nor your time to deal with them. It’s not worth it.
