Since I am only 20 years old its hard to be taken seriously however M. Perez was super professional and guided me to purchase a great property. If your thinking whether or not to work with M. Perez, take my word for it. He is a great asset in your home purchase and if your young looking for a property no agent will offer more support and help then him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He called us out of the blue; fast-talking, fast-selling attitude. ASSURED us that they were calling on the behalf of a client, that they had clients interested. We mentioned MULTIPLE times that we weren't looking for the services of a Real Estate agent to help us sell (We're managing it independently through DuProprio) They assured us that that isn't the business they were in...
When the showed up, it's unfortunately exactly what we didn't want: trying to make a pitch for their services; no value of another person's time, what anyone else says. A cordial no isn't enough, they'll pushing anyone to whom can to make a sale.
I highly recommend to avoid wasting time with people like this. Take your business elsewhere to respectable real-estate agents who provide value and aren't giving this profession a worse name that what it already has, like these guys.

Mr. Perez was very helpful, always very responsive to questions and email messages, evening responding to messages well into the evening hours. Within 24 hours of listing our property for sale there was an offer on the property. And within three days after the initial offer, there were two additional offers and the initial offer was increased significantly. Our property was sold for more than our initial asking/listing price and Mr. Perez was helpful throughout the entire process, even helping to deal with the challenges and idiosyncracies of selling a foreign owned Canadian property. We highly recommend Mr. Perez if you are seeking a helpful, response and results oriented agent/broker who will do what takes to get the job done!
