★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the office because I didn't have any hot water. Sabine from Solution Condo called me back within a couple of hours to let me know the problem had been resolved. She was helpful, professional, and friendly. What more could you ask for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this Condo management company at any point. Reading other reviews and it is exactly what it is. Poor service, no response. We opened a service request weeks ago and did they not follow up after even promised to send email communication and cc the condo strata.
Even for an emergency your call will be redirected to a voicemail.
If you need anything urgent done, reach out to legal people and get advices. Owners, you have rights if a condo strata or a management team are irresponsive to a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management company ever. And don't blame COVID. YOu have been the worst since several years before COVID. Still trying to contact someone in the office. 10 days later, still no answer. Worst company ever!!! I even got a message yesterday (after my review) that they didn't know which property I am talking about because I have 2 addresses and in one of them I'm not the owner anymore??? Can it be even worse?? No common sense???If I' only owe one, maybe the one I own??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SolutionCondo treats its clients badly. I called them for the first time in 4 years about three weeks ago. I just wanted to ask a simple question. A telephone operator recorded my question and told me to wait for a call-back from a "SolutionCondo MANAGER". But no one called me back, neither did I receive any email / message from SolutionCondo. A "MANAGER" closed my case last week, without any explanation or communication. They just collect money from the owners of condos but do not provide any service, even just answer a question. They do not care their clients at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful condo management company. They do not respond to requests, and the building is in terrible shape. Their telephone line asks people to submit a request to their system, but no one is looking at the requests. You need to do a follow up call to figure out why no one has answered you. Moreover, they indicated that changes would be made to improve the situation, however over one year later, the service is just as terrible. They also try to bully residents based on rules which do not exist. When scheduling appointments, they will try and force a time and threaten to charge you if you cannot be there. Employees are too lazy. If I am moving to a building which uses Solution Condo, I will look elsewhere. They are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I called regarding a document I needed to close the sale of my condo. I needed it urgently but was rudely told I need to respect their time frames (document was provided late). I had a tenant move out and they charged me twice for the elevator rental. I've been calling all week to correct the issue before the condo is transferred to the new owner. Nobody is answering, forwarding the message or returning my calls. I'm at a loss for words with how bad the customer service is at Solution condo.
As per your response below. I called every other day at noon nobody response or forwards the call to appropriate personnel who don't call back even if you leave them a voice mail!!!
The document I required was not available on your web page/portal and had to be specially produced.
You have not answered my question with regards to the balance on my account and I asked to speak to someone and have yet to receive a call.
It's funny that you respond so quick to a google review but can't answer the phone or tickets
