★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend Simple Gooder. They came to assess my leak, only to tell me it was a plumbing problem, not a roof, and I was charged 519.00$ for the 10 minute 'visit'. I was not informed of this cost of an "assessment" ahead of time. It is an unreasonable amount.
