J	Joanne Sivell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenn at Sell Off Vacation was absolutely amazing. I contacted her on a very busy Sat during hurricane season to book a trip for my family over Xmas. She took the time to ask all about what we liked what we were looking for and places we had been to before to better understanding of what we wanted. She got back to me later that day with a variety of options in our budget and then called me to discuss the pros and cons of each. She was extremely kind and patient and answered all our questions and help us pick the perfect place. She stayed way past closing time to work with us and ensure we were happy with our choice and booked it that night so we did not miss out on the deal. We can't wait to leave. Never again will I spend hours looking at tour packages on line trying to figure out somewhere to go... From now on I will go straight to the office in Oshawa to talk to Jenn who I know will help us pick the perfect vacation again and again

Although I love to do my own vacation research I have always relied on Jen to help me narrow down my choices based on her knowledge of the resort and find the best fit for us based on our wish list. The first 2 times I was traveling alone with my young son so peace of mind & safety was very important. We have always tried to work within a budget & she always helps me stay on track & finds the best price scenario. I know all the bases are covered from the resort, flight, seats & travel insurance when I book through Sell Off Vacations. All I need to do is pack & enjoy! I will never book directly on line again.
