I therefore cancelled my service with Security Technical Team and I attempted several times to obtain reimbursement for a payment that went through my credit card. I never received my money back. Terrible customer service.

They even have an app so you can watch your security cameras through your phone wherever you are. Must importantly if ever there is a problem or anything they're always able to help instantly at any given time in the day, and always resolve the issue in a short amount of time. I highly recommend the Security Technical Team in all aspects including customer service.
