★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen is a beautiful Brazilian zouk dancer in her own right, and has created a vibrant zouk community in Ottawa (bringing the global zouk community here, too!). She's a dedicated, technique-focused instructor who has done an incredible job creating a warm, accessible, inclusive atmosphere for the classes and socials, and also for the incredibly well-organized special events she hosts! Highly recommend Helen and Second Studio if you're interested in learning this gorgeous dance.

She cultivates the perfect culture and environment for anyone, of any dance experience, to grow so much as a dancer and as a person.
