★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed a used Mitsubishi Ductless 2009 model mid July. Was told the unit was used for 2 weeks and when I saw the unit, it looked beat up. Then the story changes to being used 2 weeks over the 2 years time and stored away. A 2009 model was certainly used more than 2 years. I don't know what to believe and then charges me few thousand for a really old unit. Dealer cost is around $1900 brand new 18k btu. The fact that someone wasn't telling the truth is the reason I rated this company. I will write more after one year of usage and whether the company honours any warranty as per contract.
