We have been doing virtual training sessions for our new puppy and Laura has helped us significantly in dealing with negative behaviours and teaching positive behaviours. She sends us a summary of each training session and is always available to answer questions. Laura uses science based positive reinforcement training techniques and is clearly passionate about what she does, but most importantly her training works!

After every session she writes up a recap of everything gone over for a convenient guide to reflect back on. My dog struggles with resource guarding and reactivity within the home and since training with Laura I've noticed huge improvements with his comfort and anxiety levels.

We went through the puppy comprehensive with our puppy Myra. this included one on one sessions with Laura and access to supervised puppy play dates with others in the program. Laura was amazing with Myra and we are all so much better set up for puppy life because of Laura and this program. We knew we wanted to train our pup through positive reinforcement but didn't really know exactly what that looked like (especially for things like jumping up or taking food off of counters), but Laura had a positive solution to everything and left Myra set up for success, happy, and able to make good choices. Investing in starting Myra on the right foot was really important to us and Laura was definitely the right person for this. She is amazing with dogs and their people; we had the occasional struggle with implementation of some of the training and she was super patient with us as well. During the playdates we also saw her with other puppies who were all unique and she demonstrated an ability to work with such a wide range of behaviours and personalities. We would definitely recommend Laura -- and based on Myra's reactions to her training I think if she could write a review Myra would recommend her as well. Thank you Laura for helping us give Myra a fantastic start to her life ?

Winnie-pup and I recently did the 4 week Adventure Dog College classes after having done a private session with Laura, and they were PERFECT for both of us. I learned new ways to increase Winnie's off-leash reliability and give her things to do when she's tempted to react to something, Winnie got to eat ALL the yummy treats, and we both came away from classes feeling like we'd learned a ton and had fun together to boot. Looking forward to more classes with Laura in the future so we stay sharp!

She put so much work in and made it so I am able to walk my dog leash free with amazing recall which we never thought would be possible. She also worked on reactivity and helping me and my husband understand when and how she’s going to react. Highly recommend her services to all dog owners who need a little help.
