We got our pup as a rescue about 2 months ago. He was initially defensive with other dogs and had some anxiety issues (barking, chewing, etc.). Rob and his team have transformed this pup into a friendly, happy, anxiety-free dog - we couldn't be happier! We started with puppy visits every day and within a couple of weeks he was hopping happily into the van to head out with the pack. He plays well with other dogs now and we love seeing how much of his personality has emerged as a result of the time he spends with Rob's team. We couldn't be happier! We love seeing the pictures that are posed on Facebook every day, and reading in his diary what they got up to on their run.

She waits excitedly for their arrival in the morning, perking up at each promising sound outside, and she comes home happy and completely exhausted. This is a very professional operation- from the intake, to the amazing regular communication (daily notes, email updates, accounting messages), to the way they handle unexpected challenges. I have been impressed every step of the way. And a big bonus is how much they clearly love our dog- it warms my heart to see the interaction between Lucy and her walker, Haroula. Knowing they will keep her safe, exercise her, AND love her is way more than I expected from a dog walking service. I have recommended this company to several others, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

We have a puppy named Louie who is now 10 months old and who started walking with the Woofs Upon A Walk team since he was about 5 months. They are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. Louie enjoys his walks very much and it provides a great outlet for his high energy while we are away at work during the day. One of the things that I love about Woofs is that Rob is extremely flexible and accommodating with Louie's schedule, and they also have a Facebook page where they post Louie's outings from time to time. I was a bit nervous looking for a dog-walking service because our dog means so much to us and we wanted to make sure she was well taken care of and happy. We started with puppy visits with Woofs and have recently transitioned to group walks once she was old enough. We are extremely happy with Woofs and have had nothing but great service. Bernice is so fond of everyone at Woofs, especially Deirdre and Haroula, and they take amazing care of her. Having the puppy visits made it much easier to transition back to work after taking some holidays when we first got Bernice. She's a happy dog and having Woofs has been a great experience. They really treat her like their own and I think it sets them apart from other services. I especially love the photos they post on their Facebook because I love to see what Bernice gets up to on her group walks. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks to Rob and his amazing team for their amazing service!!
