★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a couple of issues with the control panel, lights flashing, intermittent beeps. Called for a tech to show up, had a prompt response. Tech was very thorough, spent quite some time at our house, checked out the whole system and no problems since. Also did something to the control panel to avoid me having to reset the clock for the daylight savings time changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my new Scott Security video camera system. The installation was very professional and the equipment was commercial grade. I researched all the camera systems on the market and got several quotes for my Surrey warehouse. No regrets at all going with Scott Security. I'll give a shout out to my rep Mike, I was in dire need and he got the job done for me. Scott Security also handles my alarm monitoring.

They were able to upgrade my entire system within two days of contacting them and I now have all the latest technologies! I can use my phone to control everything in my home. I highly recommend these guys.

When they set us up, they didn't pressure us into any packages or unnecessary additional features that we didn't need, the sales representative identified what we needed and gave us exactly what we wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just made a call at 8:49 , today March 29th/2022 trying to report an alarm issue, and the guy who answered has zero education to do this kind of job, he was unhelpful and he cut the call with a sarcastic “ bye ma’am” without helping me or giving me any orientation on what to do in this case. Not the first time it happens. Really bad!
