★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift security had installed a Honeywell security system and a Skybell door bell in my townhouse. On my 3-year contract, my contact details and my living address were completely wrong. I have tried a few times to contact the administrator, Genessa and the sale rep, Nathan, but nobody call me back to rectify the contact details and legal address in case of emergency. There were NO AFTER SALE SERVICE whatsoever. I am totally disappointed with Swift security system. If I can give ZERO star, I will. Please take my advise and stay away from this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we decided to build another new house, security was at the top of the list! We heard about Swift Alarm Systems through a trusted source, and decided to check them out! We arranged for a consultation, and were very pleased with the punctual, pleasant young man, Nathan, who walked us through our needs, and the best package for our new home! The installation was done quickly and professionally and one trade that cleaned up the site before they left, taking all packaging, excess wires etc., with them. We have been very pleased with the after services as they leave nothing undone! They are readily accessible to help with any after questions about the system, and we HIGHLY recommend Swift Alarms Systems to get the job done!

They installed our alarm system and camers quickly and efficiently while hiding the wires, making the finished product look amazing. Very happy with them and their customer service. We even had them install cameras at our Cabin.

We have had a great experience dealing with Nathan throughout the installation process. Nathan is thorough and explained everything in detail including suggesting multiple options for placement of camera, and motion sensors. He patiently explained the console and mobile app features and answered all our questions.
The entire staff at Swift Security Systems are very friendly with all customer service. They are simply the best business and home alarm security company that I have worked with.
