T	Thereysa Tabert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a $1,500 sectional couch two weeks ago, the guy was very nice AT FIRST, he added in free shipping and also promised a free memory foam pillow if we gave him a 5 star review (which we did) but we never received this said free item. Two weeks later when the couch was suppose to be delivered it was HOURS LATE (had a range of 1-4 pm and he showed up around 6pm). When I tried to set it up some of the parts was broken... the threading was stripped. I tried calling the manager to tell him that it wouldn't go in (I had gotten 4 others in so obviously I knew how to do it), but he said that many people have purchases it and had no problem so it must be my fault. I told him he either needed to fix or replace it, and he got mad and said it was my own problem and that if I wanted ensembled I had to pay an additional $50. He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He does not care after he receives the money so DO NOT SEND HIM ALL YOUR MONEY RIGHT AWAY. The guy who came to ensemble the couch was not only LATE again, he called to cancel for the following day at noon, just to be late again to reschedule for 2pm, then got another call for 6 pm, just to have to show up around 7 pm. THEY ARE AWFUL! Did not help us with any of the issues. We also had pieces straight up missing as well as the screws did not even line up with the couch so we had to manually grind down the hole...

Once they have your money they won’t even pick up your phone. I bought a sectional couch from them which didn’t even last a WEEK! We tried calling the manager but he kept dodging our calls or have someone else pick up his phone. This place is a fraud!!!

We got the delivery in 2 days…All in all, great customer service, patient staff and wholesale prices.. Thank you !
