I have had serious issues with what would seem to be simple account changes and would recommend steering clear of Bren Genga. Solutions are not quick or easy nor does he opt to help you as a client rather only presents road blocks without solutions turning simple processes into time consuming problems. One would think a business advisor or business account representative is there to find the quickest way to help and want to meet clients wishes or needs yet this is clearly not their forte. You will leave feeling confused and wondering why your ever opened an account with this bank. I have since closed all accounts.

Bren Genga has got to be the best small business advisor I've ever worked with. Every bank assigns you an "advisor" but honestly I've never known who they are as I've never had any kind of relationship with them beyond just signing the paperwork to open the account. I was really surprised at the level of help and service Bren has offered us.

A	Alexander Kurmaev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite them being my local branch, I should say that they only care about selling products you don't need or asked for (I have been their customer for more than 7 years). The cashiers are hard working people, but the advisors and the back office reps provide one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. They consistently late with paperwork or just simply ignoring you in most cases (been waiting for two weeks now for a reversal of billing errors, no follow up, no apologies). My advice - choose a different brand.

He is very knowledgeable about small business banking and always patiently answers our questions. We’re actually from out of town, but still have our home branch at this location due to the expertise of the advisors.

She didn’t tell us about the annual credit card fees and didn’t tell us about the fee for the supplementary card as well. We had 3 different credit cards mailed to us in a month because of such terrible communication. She emailed us two weeks ago saying she will refund half of the amount and will send a new credit card. No updates since then and there was no refund issued by now. It’s insane how much trouble we have to go through. We definitely won’t be going back there anymore and go to a different branch to search for a different advisor. Update: I just found out that I qualified for $25,000 on my credit card but she only asked what amount I wanted so I said I’ll start with $2,000. My new business advisor said she should’ve told us how much we qualified for. Now, I’m unable to increase my credit limit. Great.
S	Shui Kune Li Min Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened a bank account as an international student and was served by Mrs. Harshita whose professionalism and great customer service proved me that I did not make the wrong choice by opening a bank account at this branch! She took me through all the necessary details that I should know so as I can take all the advantages I should receive as an international student. I'm impressed by the excellent customer service she provided me! Highly recommend this branch!
