A	AJ Tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Panzeroti at this location. A younger gentlemen took my order and I watched him make it. This was the worst tasting Panseroti I had here. The whole ting had a horrible taste. All the meat was on one side. The bread was extremely greasy and flimsy. The cheese was all separated and the pepperoni tasted old. I watched the young gentlemen make it, he didn’t wash his hands or wasn’t even wearing gloves. It didn’t seem like he cared at all. Very disappointed.

You followed instructions and my partner and I totally enjoyed it from the moment we opened the box until the next day when I finished some leftover pizza. As someone who never liked the idea of ordering pizza from pizza pizza, it was such a big deal. Game changer. Keep it up!

R	Robert Henrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love the ordering from here but everything has gone downhill. The last 3 times I ordered, there have been mistakes. Last night I got the wrong crust on one pizza, the time before I got mozzarella cheese instead of four cheese (which I paid extra for). I hate not getting what I order because I don’t enjoy it as much. And also the pizzas are sometimes so well done that they almost appear black on the bottom of the crust. They also don’t really monitor for quality too well. I had a dipping sauce that wasn’t packaged properly (in the photo) so that the foil wasn’t fully sealed. The inside was congealed (the honey mustard dip is usually creamy and pale yellow like mayo) and exposed to air so obviously not safe to eat. I would never complain about an incorrectly made order because I would have to deal with the delivery driver again. He is so mean and intimidating. I am always very polite and tip well but he treats me rudely if I order too late (in the last hour the restaurant is open) and has even gotten into a screaming match with my roommate over ordering close to the cut off time. (My roommate has stopped ordering from here because of him, I still do because it’s the most convenient for me.) I don’t want to imagine how he would act if he needed to re-deliver an order that’s been corrected. Sometimes I have no issues and it’s great but lately those are very rare occurrences.
M	Murray Odesse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give this a less than 1 rating. Really disappointing for this PizzaPizza store (and I have had some excellent ones elsewhere). Crust was so overcooked all I could taste was brunt dough and burnt cornmeal; the pizza toppings were overwhelmed by the burnt crust flavour. Actually so disgusting that after three slices, I threw it out. Never again.

I have had bad experiences in the past where I have received an incorrect order, got meat on a vegetarian pizza, received a stone cold pizza etc etc, all of this recorded. So this happened a couple of days ago, I ordered pickup at this location and I waited for 5-7 mins because the older employee was extremely slow and then asked me if I am from Door Dash atleast 5-7 times. I got the pizza home to find a piece of meat on a vegetarian pizza. I called up customer support to complain about the same to learn PIZZA PIZZA has blacklisted ME !!! I mean really after bad customer service I have received and I am calling to tell them, I am really surprised to see that the brand has blocked someone who voices what is wrong. @pizza pizza would you eat meat if you are vegetarian??

I feel as though I did not receive the appropriate amount of sauce. I thought that sauce came with each slice and wings came with a separate sauce. They offered me Coca-Cola instead and I didn’t feel like arguing with them. I don’t care anymore. putting this at 5 so it gets seen more
