I decided to try the queen street location for the first time because it was closer. I usually go to the yonge location and order the Pineapple chicken because it's always on point. I'm seriously disappointed because I spent $50 plus a tip on 3 orders of Pineapple chicken and instead of getting Pineapple chicken I got all breaded pieces with little to no meat in it that just crumbled into pieces, that's how I discovered there were no full chicken pieces in there and was also missingPineapples. My first and last time here. Now I have to throw out all this food I bought.

Planned ahead to visit this location with a friend for dinner. We had heard and read many good things about this restaurant and this new location opened during the pandemic - 2021. They lived up to a very high standard. The service was incredible. The explanations were clear - the dining space was open and quiet to enjoy a quality dining experience. Other than one hiccup with our bill, the entire experience: service, food, environment were fantastic. I plan on taking advantage of their take out as well. Repeat customer.

Had the best gluten free Pad Thai ever! Absolutely scrumptious! The size of the portion is extremely satisfying as well, if I wasn't hopelessly starving, it would probably be enough for me to eat twice! Would love to maybe see more gluten free Fried Rice options, but the already existing selection is great nonetheless. Thank you for the lovely meal I got to enjoy!

I used to really like the Salad King on Yonge Street, so I wanted to try this Queen St location since I was passing by. I ordered the Thai Islamic Noodles from the secret menu, its pad thai with curry sauce. I really liked how they packed the sauce separately. The portion was very generous, the price was decent but it was kind of bland. It definately wasn't as delicious as I remembered, and I would not return. I prefer eating at an authentic thai restaurant over fast food type of thai.

Every dish was absolutely delicious! Just be careful that it is quite spicy. Choose dishes that are not indicated by a chili. But if you like spicy ? they can make it super spicy ?

Not at all authentic Thai. They use canned mushrooms and corn and green giant peas. These vegetables have no nutrients left in them. They're lifeless and bland. The portion is very very small. This was the eggplant salad for $14. Look at the picture. That's the full portion after I spread it around to inspect the old shriveled canned ingredients and the 3 small pieces of eggplant. Don't waste your time or money. This is tourist trap food. An insult to Thai cuisine. The manager said himself they don't claim to be authentic Thai. Save yourself disappointment and go half a block east to the very good, authentic Vietnamese place called Ginger.

Tldr: The entire experience was quite nice, from the polite and helpful waiter, accommodating chef, and nice decor. The food: flavors were well balanced, and spice levels were great. I got the basil chicken and tom yum gai and both were distinct and well done. My partner got a secret menu item, the Afghani noodles and she loved them, even more than from the location she usually gets it from. The help: the waiter was nice and polite. We had asked to make a change to the noodle dish and it seemed like the chef doesn't usually make changes to dishes so be careful about asking for substitutions and what not. He did it in the end without hassle however the warning was raised by the waiter. Overall it was a good experience and will go again!

We went here on a Monday for dinner around 6:30 pm. It wasn't too crowded and the tables were well-spaced out. Our server was very friendly and offered lots of insights on various dishes. I ordered the Shrimp and Vegetable Fried Rice and it was delicious. My friend ordered the Mango Chicken and really enjoyed it, too. The portions were decent-sized and the price was affordable. Nice spot for good Thai food - I would definitely go back!
