★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never in my life experienced such terrible service from a financial institution. The management staff including the manager and financial advisors are totally incompetent. They don’t return calls and don’t act on requests. I’ll be changing financial institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this branch at all costs. The service at the front desk is great, anything that requires an advisor is going to be a nightmare. If you require service for anything beyond a simple transaction or ABM please go to another bank or take the drive to Orleans. The advisors and manager here are under qualified. I dealt with the manager Tony to accept a pre-approval and he absolutely butchered the transaction. He managed to "lose" the application, lie about what he was doing and then go completely unresponsive to phone calls and e-mails because he didn't want to man up and fix the problem he created. Took over 6 months to resolve though a different channel. On a separate occasion and different advisor, 2 months into a mortgage application the advisor only then became aware of CMHC rules that have been in effect before the application started. Please don't sell products you are not familiar with Scotiabank. These are not professionals and you should not waste your time here. I hope this branch finds a more suitable manger and advisors.
