★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Customer Service!!! We are always greeted with a warm welcome and wished to have a fabulous day. My husband and I received fast, courteous service. While we waited in line for only a minute or two we had been asked a few times by different staff members if there was anything they could do to help with our transaction. I couldn't ask for a better financial institution Scotiabank really cares about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I setup an ultra account, it is supposed to be 50 free international atm withdrawals per month. I called twice before flying to Mexico and was told the card will definitely work in Mexico. IT DOESN'T, I called Scotiabank Canada several times, they emailed the manager and so did I last week. He did not reply, I cannot use my debit card or credit card in any Scotiabank here. Every time I call, it is at least an hour on the phone and nothing ever gets solved. Horrible customer service, do they even care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use any service from them. Worst bank, terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting since December, for a return phone call.Your financial executive will not return your calls, or emails. I would absolutely recommend you go somewhere else for your investments or banking needs.

Update: just went in to withdraw cash, now all 3 ATM's are out of order. Lowering from 3 stars to 1 star. Gotta remember to avoid this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After requesting to speak to the manager to file a formal complaint I have received no response . As an individual that has dealt with Scotiabank for over 40 years, and had been employed for 2O - I am shocked at the lack of service and follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of my funds went on hold for no reason and I went in 3 times and talked with 4 tellers over the course of a month before anyone looked into it and saw they had made a mistake. Horrified at the customer service. 1st teller printed out a paper saying the money is on hold. 2nd teller told me the branch manager is the only one who can help and she will call me. Never recieved a call. Also I was 8 months pregnant at at time. You got some baaaad karma. Would highly recommend closing this branch because the staff is unable to take accountability also notorious for being unhelpful.
