Bingo they had what I wanted, shipped right away and arrived sooner than expected :). Local bike shops indicated a 2 week wait time and charged considerably more. On-line shopping were asking more for the product and charged for shipping. Scooteretti offered several shipping options including free shipping. They also had the seat post available. The Scooteretti website is excellent and purchasing was a breeze. I went with free shipping and the Kinekt arrived at my doorstep in 5 business days. Fantastic! The Kinekt seatpost was easily installed and works as advertised. I'm extremely happy with Scooteretti and Kinekt and I highly recommend them both.

The staff were welcoming and very knowledgable, answered all my questions, delivered my bike specifically set up for me, and with all the necessary instructions. Did my first ride this w/e, it was so much fun, and the bonus was I was finally able to keep up with my son! Thanks Scooteretti you are the best ??????

The repair costs are high if you're only looking for a quick fix. I was quoted $150 and an hour for a gear adjustment, I took the bike home and accomplished it myself in 10 minutes. They've since responded to this review explaining how they would have done a much more in-depth adjustment. But as someone who is only looking for enough to get me rolling for utilitarian trips, the premium sell is lost on me. To be clear, I don't doubt the proficiency or competence of the staff at the store. If you just want peace of mind and cost were no issue, then I have no doubt that they will get it done and done in depth. But if you're just looking for a something cheap and just enough to get rolling, that's not what this is. This is a premium store. And that's fine - just not what I was looking for. EDIT: The store owner got in touch with me to solicit my feedback and how they could have made my experience better. It shows an active commitment to customer service in line with a premium shop. If you're looking for that premium experience, you will find it here - both before and after the transaction.

The opportunity to video chat to narrow options was amazing, and all emails were answered promptly. I made a few additions and tweaks to the bike, and it still arrived at my doorstep within a few business days. The preparations for shipping were impressive and my Medeo T9 arrived completely unscathed. I fully intended to purchase a bike locally, but a visit to my local Gazelle dealer was appalling. Dealing with Scooteretti was a complete pleasure - I just wish they had a local store so I could have my bike serviced by them (please come to Toronto).
