The people sitting comfortably in their offices give u a run with zero clue about whether the route or timing makes any sense... pretty ironic that a logistics company has no sense of it. I would recommend hiring more road experienced or at least KNOWLEDGABLE dispatches who have some clue as to the distance, timing and general sense of the route. Do better.

This is dangerous and unsafe considering we are to drive heavy duty vehicles and handle heavy machinery. Do not recommend working here.

I guess because this job wasnt for me they could screw me by not delivering pay when svheduled to do so

They think the people who all are working in their company are their slaves instead of employees. All they care about their projects through which they can make money. I would not recommend anyone to work in this company. If you want your mental and physical health to be fine then don't join this company because it will affect your mental health and your personal life as well!
