★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Everytime we called to check in on our device we were told something different, I know it’s inconvenient to get calls, but don’t tell someone you will text them an update and not follow through. we were told they ordered a part and were waiting for it to come in, then suddenly they can’t fix the phone. Then when we picked said phone up the back is cracked. Not once were we told anything unless WE questioned things, this is NOT how a company should be ran. Absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an ipad from them a few years ago. Was having fun once I got through the set up which they HELPED with by resetting the ipad. But sadly this 7th gen ipad never lasted over a year and is now completely dead. Hardly got much advice with how to get it fixed. Wondering if it really WAS a NEW ipad....I'm not battery abusive to my electronics. I miss having my coloring apps, but I am glad I still have my mom's first ipad and it's working decent.
