Dr was condescending and rude; all he did was pushing you to do the expensive procedure. The lady who works at cashier was super rude. Other staffs are very nice and helpful though. Stay away. Go to other places and get better service, specially if you have an insurance plan. no regret later.

While I make an appointment they told me that the charge will be cover by my plan and I will not need to pay any extra money. Even while I was there they didn't tell me prior to treatment that I need to pay an extra amount beyond my insurance plan. At last they handed over a bill and make extra charges saying that it will not cover by my plan and I had to pay that. If I knew before the treatment it will go from my pocket than I may not take such fascinating treatment or might look for other government free services and obviously it was not an emergency serious case. They were just misused the opportunity to have a patient like me and cheat me with an extra service and extra bill. I will never go there again and I will recommend other to have a written confirmation from them what they will charge prior to start a treatment. Take a written commitment if you have an insurance plan that your charges will all cover by the insurance plan to avoid any extra bill. If need to pay, pay willingly, not being mistreated or being used. Good luck :(

I got a referral from my dentist for TMJ facial assessment and it was an emergency situation. They were able to schedule in within the same day to see Dr. Prusin The staff were super helpful and professional. Dr. Prusin was friendly and funny. He tried to help me out with my stressful situation with the best that he can.

I went to dr. Prusins office to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The day I went to do the assessment I filled out insurance forms. Leading to the day of the procedure, the secretary Susan claimed that the agreement with paying through the insurance was not finalized. I asked how does that become finalized and she stated its not her job. She even called the insurance company, harassed my mothers phone demanding that my mother call her back when upon contacting the insurance the confirmed they were cover my wisdom teeth extractions. She began making up numbers and demand that I pay a balance that was being covered by both my insurances. I then come to find out on my follow up visit that she sent both my insurances the bill plus took $680.00 from me and claimed he insurance only paid a certain amount however when I called my insurance she did not even send the bill, hence her making up of numbers. I had to call my credit card company to fill a dispute. When I tried calling to figure out what is going on she repeatedly hung up on me and put me on hold with no notification. She then put me on speaker with the "manager" Cathy who began to speak with me, unaware of the issue at hand. This was poor service and a tag team to the point I had to 3way my boyfriend to be my witness of the ill treatment. Upon the completion of my wisdom teeth I woke up with a scar. The dentist and his staff claimed it was a stretch mark, however I went to my family doctor to confirm that it was a scratch by a possible instrument used to remove my teeth. I had to file a complaint with the Ontario surgeons to have a full report of what happened that day.

Really horrible business and costumer service skills. They do not know how to speak to people. They should get better knowledge on how to bulid a success business through the words that come out of their mouth. Should always smiles and try to be as helpful (rather than difficult) as possible. Also really happy I didnt go with them. This business would have charged me over $400 more than my insurance pays, my coverage is 100%. Just stay away. I thankfully went with Oral Surgery Practice. They did an excellent job. Im healing really quickly.

Dr. Prusin was great! Very friendly and told me exactly what was going on. Made me feel completely comfortable. The staff were also very welcoming and seemed like really genuine nice people. I'd ignore the 1 star reviews below that looks like it's mostly just people complaining about their insurance and the costs. The qualify of service here was fantastic.

My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr Prusin he was great with her explained everything was reassuring her that all would be well. Staff was wonderful so helpful and nice. Thank you to everyone there.

Most of the bad reviews has been removed. Stay away. I went in to dr prusin for tmj consultation. N he charged me almost $700. 00. I did not know before. He pressured me to signed a form n injected me with something that i did not approved off. Tg3n physically shifted my neck and jaw n bloked my sinusitis. Very wicked on call for approach. N now i am suffering. N he looked down on people. It is hard to truwt tge team as he seems to cobtrol them
