I have not and will not spend a dime with these people. 0 STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a deal with Nik for a trade in, and we agreed on something. I come in next day to pick up the car (Nik had the day off but instructed Brook to handle the deal).
Brook charged me $75 for registering the car even though Nik told her to waive the fee because the dealership was getting excellent value on the deal. She obviously took me for a fool saying things like "I would have bought the car if you didn't." Then, in mid conversation about the car, she talks to her colleagues in her mother tongue in front of me (obviously about the same car). Everyone there is capable of speaking English, so it's very suspicious when the language changes mid conversation.
I knew you guys were winning on the deal, but I was dead set on getting the hybrid, so why try to pull a quick one after getting such good value? Not everyone is a fool, I hope the $75 was worth the 1 star review.
