He Bent over backwards to appease me .. and insisted on paying for a accomodation for me as I had driven 5 hours from Sudbury to purchase a vehicle that caught my eye on Kings Auto Internet Site. WOW ! ..now that's customer service !! So I take my vehicle to the gas station to fill it up for my son to take home for me .. I look down at the gas gauge .. another pleasant surprise ..it reads FULL ...I cannot recommend Kings Auto Ltd enough !! Thank You so much .... Barry

Went today to see Acura but the manager was so rude and did not allow to do the test drive until and unless I commit to buy it and shouldn't go to any other dealership and as mentioned in the reply from the owner, i had confirmed today's appointment with one of the employee Mahmoud. So don't know how and why these people are not aligned with the appointment schedules.
I This is so not right. The manager - bald guy was so rude that he was assuming that we can't afford to buy. I think he doesn't deserve to be in customer service industry anywhere. Very very poor, pathetic, and rude behaviour by him. Would not recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to get a certified car at great prices, this is the place to get it from. Ask for Daniel, there. Unlike other dealerships, they are consultative in terms of helping you pic a vehicle to financing to the delivery. Overall a great car buying experience.

He told me he would do everything in his power to get the car I wanted but it would take awhile. 3 days later I was driving away in my new c300. Customer service was impeccable awsome warranty with friendly advice. Come take look at all vehicles to see what you want and I promise they will do everything in their power to get you on the road today.
