Very pleased! I required a appraisal 4 my classic Jaguar in order to obtain a 19A (agreed value clause) from my insurance company. I read the reviews about Tony and instant car appraisal and decided to call based on the amazing testimonials. I called New Year’s Eve at 5:00 pm and spoke about my dispute with TD insurance over a total loss vehicle. TD insurance gave me a value of $6,000 before taxes. Upon speaking to many people including the dealer I bought the car from, I was advised to not accept that offer. Due to the ongoing pandemic the price of used cars and parts has gone up drastically. So I didn’t take their offer. Tony advised me that the car after doing a quick search for me on New Year’s Eve, was worth conservatively at least $1200 more. Instead of trying to get my money he told me to try and negotiate with insurance on my own and see what I could get. TD insurance maintained their stance and didn’t budge even when I presented 5 comparable cars worth more than they were offering. Even after 2 months waiting for customer care and upper management to review the claim, they still didn’t budge. I finally called Tony back and he gladly took on the case. In one week he negotiated and got me an offer for $8000, that’s $2000 more. Although he could of just took my money then, he went further and negotiated again and bumped up the price to $8300 before taxes. Tony has been extremely honest, thorough, professional, and went the extra mile for me. Every review about him and his services is bang on.
