I've been a patient here for over three years and there is definitely some funny business going on. I usually never see the same doctor or dental assistant, which is not something a lot of people would enjoy, but recently there's a new lady receptionist at the front that was pretty rude to me. After reading the other comments, I can see she was not only rude to quite a few other people, but disorganized as well. No one likes going to the dentist as it is, but having hostile staff to deal with makes me the whole experience even more traumatizing. Please do better

The one star I gave is only for the excellent hygienist appointment I had. I just moved into the area and was well overdue for an appointment. I just wanted a timely cleaning and until now had no bad experiences with dentists to speak of. Dr. Milos, has literally no bedside manner and gave me, what I believe, is a falsified care plan. Read my story and judge for yourself. This dentist was vague, distracted and not at all transparent about what he was doing in my mouth or supposedly found about my oral health after looking at X-rays and checking them with a metal instrument. I never go out of my way to leave a poor review, but this experience was so terrible and I am very concerned about other people who are patients of this dentist. After Dr.Milos checked my teeth, he went to leave the room without telling me anything. I stopped him to ask what he had found. He said he would see me for a β€œcouple of fillings,” and left the room. He was so vague, that when I went out to the front to pay I asked again, what was found and what needs to be done? The secretary at the front told me I needed 7 fillings! One apparently needed to be done as soon as possible as it was larger than the others. I rarely, very rarely have cavities, as I have excellent oral health and have fortunately been blessed with great teeth. I am a mature full-time student and my insurance is not that great. I decided to get a second opinion. I went with a well known reputable dentist in the same area that referred me to him. More X-rays were taken, we had a great talk, I told him what I had been told by Dr.Milos, and after an exhaustive exam he went to get his colleague for a third opinion because he told me that he could not find even one cavity in my mouth. I can’t explain what I felt in that moment. The second dentist confirmed the second opinion. In fact, I have 0 cavities NOT 7. Please, be cautious, be curious, and never take things for face value, especially with a dentist you do not know or trust. In my opinion, and that is all that I am writing here, this dentist needs to be ethically reviewed by the Canadian Dental Association. I am following up with the two additional dentists from whom I received a second and third opinion, as I want to ensure that what could have happened - $1500 of dental work on perfectly healthy teeth - does not happen to anyone else. I hope this story helps others make wise choices. Dr. Milos, I hope you read this and review your values, principles and practices. Thank you.

There is a dentist 10 min walking distance from my home. When booked an appointment they said the were full. So then I did my researched and come to this location. Now as soon as my x-rays came out the dentist told me that my last dentist did a bad job on filling in my teeth and even showed me on the x-ray. Ever since I have trusted their service as they are professional and honest and never had any booking problems. I rather drive an hour worth of traffic to visit this location then go to the one near my place. I highly recommend their professional and friendly service to all my friends and family. My two young daughters enjoyed their visit there as they are friendly and comforting.

I went to Tooth Corner for a routine cleaning. Staff was very pleasant, I did not have to wait long. The doctors and hygienist also performed a very good cleaning which did not hurt like other places and left me with good tips to keep my teeth in good condition. Would recommend to friends and family.

First time I went for a cleaning, the dentist was rude to his staff. The second time, I had a consultation with a dentist who did a thorough check up then said it was her last day so she can’t do any follow ups. The most recent visit was a follow up with a different dentist, and I was told after I showing up for my appointment that it had been canceled because the doctor was sick. Not sure why they wouldn’t just call and tell me beforehand. Definitely would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone I know.

Had a very bad service. The receiptionst is nice and the dental assistance as well, but the doctor herself she Was very rude and unprofessional towards my kid. All she cared was about her time and didn’t want to make my child feel comfortable to start with. I do not recommend anyone with kids there . ??
