★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop for all your low carb/keto diet foods. I was having a hard time finding snacks and breads that would be allowed in my diet, and this place became my little slice of heaven ! They have anything from muffin mix to donuts and even rib rubs and sauces; ALL low carb! I'm completely amazed by the selection despite them having a small store. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping and delivery was hassle free, but on a few occasions I’ve received products that have expired or very close to expiry or freezer burned. And my latest order I received, atkins chocolate bars, clearly they have been improperly stored. I received them before the expiry date but they were all white, looked like they’d previously melted or are really old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure GTA Nutrition is a good place to order from, when ordering on line. I normally shop on line at (low carb Canada)and I’ve decided to give GTA Nutrition a chance since they had a lot of what I normally purchase. So I bought stuff from low carb Canada and GTA nutrition. I received an auto email from GTA stating my order won’t leave until Monday because of the the frozen products; which is fine!!! Totally get it... but It’s now Wednesday 7:10pm and still have not received my order. If I receive my order tomorrow, it’s going to be 4 days. I Received my order Tues from Low carb Canada but nothing from GTA Nutrition. The bread I purchase from GTA is frozen and I prefer NOT refreeze my bread because it gets freezer burnt... Not going to be a long shelf life by the time I receive it. That’s If I receive it tomorrow.
I’ve had better luck placing my orders through Low Carb Grocery, I get my orders the next day.
GTA Nutrition IS BETTER OFFF charging for delivery and have the orders arrive the next day.
So disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today and had a very pleasant experience. The offerings are geared towards low carb/keto diets and I found everything I needed. Shelves are sparse but I imagine that's likely due to recently reopening (covid). The shop owner (i think) was very sweet and gave me numerous samples to try. Loblaws has started to sell some of the same products but I'd much rather support a local business. Prices are fair as well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order online from this company. They mail via Canada Post items that must be refrigerated or frozen with no ice paks. They do not care if the products are safe to eat and are only concerned about selling items. I called them to express my concerns as I received my parcel and they simply told me that its my issue and hung up the phone. Do not support these companies. If they do not want to be responsible for shipping then do not accept payment from cities outside of Toronto. Very horrible that businesses like this operate. I will be calling my VISA to fight this charge. Stay away. Please do not use the excuse of COVID, your company is accepting payment knowing that it is shipping perishable products across the country and not caring whether or not it is safe to do so. You are clearly solely looking to profit from says. Also, there is no need to be rude or abusive to customers on the phone. STAY STAY FAR AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my order quickly, however I did not get the products I ordered. My order included 3 boxes of Lowrey’s Bacon Curls 2 hot and spicy and 1 original. I received 2 original and 1 hot and spicy.
I tried to contact GTA Nutrition using the contact on the web site, it did not work, so I emailed them,, I did not get a response from my email, so I tried calling the phone number, but I got no answer and I got a message saying that the mailbox was not set up for the number.
I called back a couple of days later and I was told that since I lived in Alberta, shipping was expensive and if I wanted the other box of hot and spicy bacon curls I would have to place another order. There was no attempt to make it right.
I would not recommend ordering online from this store because they do not check to make sure they fulfilled the order properly and then they do not provide customer service to make it right when they make a mistake.
