★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not give even zero.Awful place.My Wife has a referal for nose surgery .The Dr told we will manage for surgery next month even he explain the surgery steps.
my wife has bleeding but they did not call us till 3 or 4 month.
when we ask what happen ?they just found her documents!!!!! and told her after a week you do not need surgery.but he commented on documents for surgery!!!!
She visit her Dr and she told us He has no time for surgery and i will refer you to another Dr.
I can not even call him Dr.Because my wife has bleeding and he waste our time for about 3 or 4 month.They did not even try apologize or fix their fault .
I am thinking to sue them.
Totally i only write positive review.But you can imagine how worse was this clinic that pushed me to write this story.
Highly recommended to not visit this clinic and this Dr!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually am very shocked too to see the low reviews for the receptionist. I really like her and she goes above and beyond to fit in the patients. My daughter and I’ve been coming here for a few years.
My daughter also enjoys coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 months and 8 hours of my time wasted. Yes Nadia the receptionist is extremely rude like every one else said.
After 3 months and 3 appointments Dr Chauhan has agreed that he put me on a very high dose of steriods causing many many side effects but still hasn't wrote me a note which my work requires for the $2000 of short term disability I owe them.
I wouldn't recommend this place other than the audiologist and endoscopy I had there and didn't mind going to the hospital for ct scan, dentist and allergist he referred me to to rule out the cause of my acute sinusitis. Dr Chauhan is very nice in person but I just want this to be over. I am sick of waiting and this drug he prescribed me was horrible! I would trade the drug for sinusitis any day.
He also recommended surgery but said it probably wouldn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The audio technician is great. Very satisfied with her. But the issue is the front desk lady, Nadia I guess. Her behaviour with us was absolute rude and we felt pretty humiliated. Our visit there for my hear balance test was all in bad taste. Next day she calls to book me for an appointment and says she is doing a huge favour by booking me in as the doctor is overbooked. Favor?? What favor , my family doc only requested for an appointment and if a day is full book me the next available day. And the tone she was talking was very very rude. Never going back there. If you can live with the rudeness of the front lady, the technician is good. Very shattered with her behaviour in this time of my crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. I came in 15 minutes early but the front door was locked! There is a note on the door with instructions to put on a mask and dial a phone number so someone would let you in! In my case, I called but no one answered the phone, left a voice mail. I stayed outside for 15 minutes then I decided to leave. This is just a heads-up so you plan ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I am truly shocked to see such low ratings. The experience my mother and I had was top notch and Nadia was a DREAM come true, very attentive and extremely professional. Just goes to show that you can't trust everything you read. My Mother is starting to lose her hearing at the age of 72 and the audiologist was able to diagnose and prescribe the perfect hearing aid for her with in 15 minutes. He then explained everything we needed to know in depth and they sent her home with a sample aid, to make sure it was the one she wanted to order.
I honestly would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs to have they're hearing checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here with my father. Seeing a lot of reviews from a few years back about the receptionist Nadia and my experience was very different. I found her pleasant and helpful. No issues with her or the technician at all. Would recommend this place to others as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my mom and dad to the Hearing and Balance Centre and from the moment we walked into the centre we received amazing treatment. Nadia was exceptional to deal with, from my first contact with her in arranging the appointment to the way she engaged and interacted with my parents. Daniele completed the hearing test for my mom and dad. My father is disabled and Daniele and her staff worked hard to accommodate him and meet his needs. Daniele was great, she was very helpful in explaining the test results to all of us and the hearing aid options that were available. What a great experience, I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking to have a hearing test.
