They provided me with all the information i needed to make me feel secure and to dispel any apprehension that i had. In my search for a new vehicle i wen't to 7 different dealerships and not one of them had employee's as nice and knowledgeable as Scarborough Mitsubishi! I highly suggest making this dealership your first and only stop in the search for your perfect vehicle!

I was able to get a trade in value over the phone since I live 2 hrs away and also was able to get my sales guy to bring the car to me for a test drive which was less hassle for me to come all the way down, really appreciate that. Only time I had to come to Scarborough was to pick up my vehicle so no wasted trips thank you guys.

They truly made my first car purchase easy and seamless. 100% professional, not pushy, understanding, COVID SAFE, and they care! Paul, the sales manager, sat with me for over an hour on a call discussing every detail and answering every question I had (and this was before I even booked an appointment to see the car). He gave me some great advise in regards to what to look for in the car and also a solid lesson on how to get the best insurance rate! Rommel, my sales associate, was super patient when I came in to view the car. He was knowledgeable, attentive, polite and very kind. Knowing i was an inexperienced driver and unfamiliar with the area, he kindly drove in-front of me to make the GTA traffic less intimidating. After the viewing he followed up with me and was available via text and phone even on his day off. Kamal, the Finance manager, was hilarious and kind. He sold me on a great extended warranty so I would never have to worry about anything mechanical, electrical, rusting etc (because i know absolutely nothing about cars). In addition he ran several options so that I could get the best rates possible and the Certified pre-owned interest rate! I really could not have asked for a better experience. The staff's customer service, kindness, and professionalism sold me on the car almost as much as the car its self did. Thank you, and thank you again! - Alex-

Even tough i still have to sell my car in order to get the 1 i want from him, I will ONLY buy from Paul. I highly recommend. In regards to the bad reviews i saw, i know that it takes 2 for tango and if you want to make everyone happy then we would need to sell Ice-cream. :) So yes, Yesterday Nov 29 i made the deposit for my New 2022 OUTLANDER GT PREMIUM. I know that i am dealing with the best of the best. Thank you Paul and Rommel. As i said, this is the first but for sure not the last car that i am getting from you.. Well well well, I finally picked up my OUTLANDER GT PREMIUM. I L O V E I T. Thank you Paul Rommel and Kamal, you are the best team ever. Not only were they friendly AND professional, they also weren't aggressive -- which can sometimes be a problem with salesmen when you are planning to make a large purchase. The attitude was relaxed. I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and (without any up-sell) they were nothing but helpful. I walked in, paid the full down-payment, and drove my car off the lot three days later -- and that includes the time they took to get my plate and stickers for (which saved me a lot of hassle). My experience was flawless and I can only say good things about this team....

Not only are they sure footed but in addition they are built very well. In my experience, Scarborough Mitsubishi’s service department has proven to be the most knowledgeable and the most reliable of any I have tried. I purchased my last Outlander through Joseph Rita from Scarborough Mitsubishi. The service manager, Robert Cruise, stands behind any recommendations that he makes and repairs are executed in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable on many aspects of the Mitsubishi product line, correcting problems that other dealerships were not able to resolve. I am confident that repairs are done right the first time. I highly recommend Scarborough Mitsubishi to any one looking for a reliable, well built car, both new or used. Cheers

I called Scarborough Mitsubishi and the soonest appointment was 4 days away. When I explained that we couldn't drive the car until this was fixed, Rob told me to bring it in and and they would try to squeeze me in the next day. I was surprised to get a call at the end of the day that my car was fixed, winter tires swapped, car washed and it was ready for pick up. Great crew. Definitely will be coming back for my regular maintenance.
