The parking is atrocious , have to go 20 minutes early just to find a spot so you aren't late for your event. They dont allow spectators to watch even the kinder aged children, in places where there IS ample room for staying 6 feet apart, despite having to prove your vaccinated and wear a mask just to enter the facility.

Beautiful facility. The parking is an absolute joke though! They need to make a Parkade. I’ve spent so much time each visit here just trying to find parking. It’s embarrassing for a facility this nice to not have easy parking options. They need to build this ASAP!!!

Go early to find parking...it's horrendous. The facility is really nice tho. I'm not sure they have too much by way of food options so pack food if you're there for an all day thing.

Fantastic facility! I brought my twins here for open gym time in the Before Times (pre-Covid). Now we come to watch family play in bball tournaments. Parking during busy times definitely requires patience.

So many options for various sports all in one facility. This time we're here to watch the final 8 CIS men's basketball tournament.

Have to come here several times a year for tournaments and always dread it cause of the horrendous parking. I don’t understand how this facility can host such large events and not provide parking or food services. Since the parking is such a nightmare when hosting large tournaments it should be one vehicle per athlete to help with space. If You are here all day pack a cooler with food cause if you leave you will never get parking again (maybe after an hour or so). The facility is lovely but the rest of the experience is awful. They have a small lounge on the second floor that provides awful customer service and all they have to offer for food is popcorn, chips or pretzels and everything else is usually out of stock (this has been the same on multiple occasions. Dread coming here each and every tournament and is by far the worst facility to have to visit out of the others we’ve been to because of these issues.

Nice big facility with lots of full sized courts, great viewing options from the connecting hallway and from up above. Cleanliness is also good. I'm not giving 5 stars for a few reasons - 1. on tournament weekends parking is difficult to get unless one shows up extra early. 2. the noise level is very high, especially when the facility is in full use. 3. there is currently still no option for food except vending machines; and one doesn't want to drive somewhere to get food because then the parking is extremely difficult again. 4. the seating is minimal - small metal bleachers (so cold and hard -- bring a pillow to sit on)

The building is nice and big. The washrooms are fairly clean but nothing outstanding. The biggest issue is the parking. If your facility books such big events and expects a certain amount of people, there should be enough parking provided. Maybe part of the large sums of money paid to use the facility can be used towards better parking lots for its patrons all around.
