★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been in classes for 3 weeks now and still have not been able to receive my textbook I pre paid for, and I’m actually starting to fall behind in the course because I can’t study the material at home.They told me I can only order through the bookstore. Nice people but not very useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big rip off especially for aviation students. Most of the books you usually don't even use in class and to be honest all the books are in the library anyway. I just kept renewing them until I was done using them. Get your supplies from Amazon and other places, the College bookstore has really cheap equipment for aviation students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you like overpaying for the same item you can get for 50-100% cheaper from places like Amazon? Do you like a constant attitude from the employees which make you feel even worse about how badly your getting ripped off? Well than this place is for you! Not only will they sell you overpriced garbage, but they'll smile and will tell you it's a good deal even if you have proof otherwise!
Don't waste your time there. Save yourself the hassle and chose a better school, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I rented books for a semester and was told I could buy them out at a discounted price if needed for another semester. COVID-19 closed the schools and bookstore, and I received an email stating they had to be returned it I would be charged full price. After returning them, I emailed to ask for a buy out option, and was told that was impossible. They did not honour their contract , and have lost my business going forward. The mark ups are high as well, so it’s cheaper to buy online but I would have preferred to support local if the customer service had been decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. Go to Amazon if you need things. Everything gets sold out and don’t even think about returning. They’ll just give you a gift card and say the system doesn’t allow returns ??
