★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tracking system for the delivery: the staff I talked to was so kind and friendly but cannot give detailed information on the delivery. I am in Dubai ordering a surprise gift for mother's day for my wife staying in Sault. At the end of the day, after struggling to track the delivery, the package was delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend ordered a gourmet gift basket for me. When it arrived, I sent her a photo of the contents, as requested, and she was gutted -- not at all like what she ordered. The website showed brand name high quality chocolates and biscuits. My basket had none of that, and the biscuits were like you'd find at the dollar store. Easily worth less than half what she'd paid for. I feel awful for the trouble she went to, and money paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was difficult to order online. I phoned in my order which wasn’t the easiest either. The lady on the phone was very nice. I asked for a delivery to Romes Grocery Store to my moms work for Mother’s Day. They said they knew where that was (everyone knows where it is) called my mom and confirmed delivery for Saturday before 5pm. The delivery driver phoned my mom at 7pm Saturday saying he didn’t know what to do with the flowers so he ended up dropping them at a friend of my moms at 8pm Saturday night. Now she’s picking them up tonight after work. The delivery driver said “yeah sorry we don’t really have our s*** together under new ownership”. The only two positives from this transaction is my mom will get them on Mother’s Day and the lady taking my order was nice. Otherwise a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here yesterday very last minute to buy my wife flowers for Mother’s Day, I had no idea what to get or where to begin. I gave them a budget and despite how insanely busy I could tell they were, they nailed it. They did a wonderful, beautiful, amazing job. Business to me is all about doing the best you can and trying your your hardest as I find people can be hard to please. Well this business was stellar in every way and I highly recommend them for any occasion.
