It was wonderful from last Monday to Friday afternoon. Last night people pulled in beside us. As lights were shining in our faces, more people arrived. Constant barking by little dogs. They just let them bark. We realize it's the start of the weekend, however being ignorent about dogs barking as well as the noise coming from 3 tents. As I sit here, writing this, the constant barking is the worst. We came here to relax. People need to take care of their pets. Nothing like being woke up by constant noise. I was being generous by giving this a 2. Not sure that we will come back to this place. I can not stand the absolute ignorence some people have. They obviously DON'T care about anyone but themselves. So, this is our first time here, don't think we will be back. It really is too bad. When I am asked about this experience from friends and family, I will tell them.... Don't go

Very bad experience. From the beginning the manager told us that we only booked 2 nights (when 3 nights are paid on a long weekend) she did us the "favor" of letting us in. we book 4 sites because we were four families with children and 3 dogs. When we settled in, I came to say that dogs could not bark. Every night they came to tell us to lower our voices (we had no music) only to us, while other people with loud music made noise until dawn. all day the dogs from other sites barked and without a collar. In the end, each of our families left at a different time and they didn't want to let us go if we didn't all go together. the main bathrooms clean (as they have to be) but those near the site it is impossible to bear the disgusting smell. The worst experience of all the campsites that I and the whole family I went with have gone to.

There's a bitter older woman that works here that talks rudely about campers while cleaning restrooms. She also patrols on a golf cart and is by far the rudest camp ground attendant I've ever encountered. Expensive (they charge you for everything they can think of), okay sites, they've got ice and wood for sale, there's a laundry room and coin operated showers. The younger staff were great.

If I could give it a zero I would. To anyone reading this, if your coming from a colored skin background AVOID THIS PLACE. Very rude and racist group of people. Multiple times we were approached my staff over petty things. Such as walking around the park/bathrooms areas with no mask, when everyone else was with no mask, and no masks are required in an outdoor setting. Then one day one of the older ladies driving around in a golf cart came and started yelling at us on top of her lungs because we had used the fire pit ring to tie our tiny dog. Instead of asking politely she started yelling and saying that she will keep the deposit for the site because we were breaking rules. We stayed at a site with no electricity, and asked the younger staff to charge our cell phones at the main cabin with no issues, then all of a sudden we're told we can no longer do this because it's not covid friendly. Showers cost 2$ and they were very reluctant to give us change when we needed it, yet we were told by the younger staff that please come to the main desk to get change for the showers at registration time. Overall very rude and obnoxious people and I was disgusted that people feel it's ok to treat other persons of ethics background this way. I truly hope that you loose good customers because your campground does not deserve it.

We did 3 days of rough camping, the camp grounds are descent size. The public facilities are clean and there is playground for kids and big playground for kids to enjoy. Will definitely go back next year.

The camp grounds looked tempting to try but the falls were a let down. The rocks slippery make getting in the water treacherous. The trails are non existing and nothing but walk along the camping spots. A small, paid parking spot but a moving one makes parking not that difficult to get. Avoid the washrooms in the parking and use the ones on the camping grounds.

This campground is just a few steps away from Sauble Falls & the staff are extremely friendly! We found it to be pretty loud at night as the campsites are pretty wide open, so just expect to be pretty cozy with your neighbours. The tent & trailer portion of the campsite is very family oriented & the bathrooms were kept very clean. I have recommended this site to family & friends since!
