We own and operate Saskatchewan's largest LTE network, which covers 99% of Saskatchewan's population. Our LTE network is part of a larger, nationwide network, giving you outstanding coverage in Canada. We are continuing to enhance out LTE network to address growing data demands.

LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) is the next step in the evolution of our wireless network and a major enhancement of the LTE network, which provides greater stability and faster performance. With more advanced technology and improved architecture, you can get download speeds up to 2.5 times faster, depending on your location, signal, and device.

We're always working hard to make our LTE network even better! In 2021, we've invested $27.5 million into LTE enhancements and $7.5 million into the final phase of the Wireless Saskatchewan Initiative. See LTE network enhancements for a list of recently implemented and upcoming enhancements.

I have lost any desire to deal with Sasktel. I have been a loyal customer for 37yrs and they were unwilling to offer me any incentives to stay with them. I'm quite disgusted that they are not appreciative of long term customers. Sorry now that I stayed with them when I could have received less expensive quality service elsewhere. ??

I’ve been with Sasktel for years and I can say this was the best service I’ve had from them ever. Kylee has a great bubbly personality and already gave me the answers to my questions before I needed to ask them haha star employee she made the experience good even with us having to wait a bit to change my phones around ?

Went there yesterday for an inquiry regarding phone upgrade. The store gate was already half closed and I think the staff are just waiting for store close business hour. We went inside and tell our purpose going there. It's already 550 pm and they are about to close the store for operation. And they said they cannot do upgrade because it's already 10 minutes before they close the store. We told are question to the lady and we get answers. Somehow the lady from the front seems accommodating. She smiles and show her eagerness to answers our inquiry although they are two staff there looking at us which I don't know maybe because it's time for them to close the store. After our question, she stood up and walk toward his co staff. Not asking if we still need help. So we we went out from the store got some answers but not totally satisfied.

I call in to make my payments every month from my credit card.its been a good experience until today.i had a lady freak me out to say payment was not going through,and when it finally went through,she was halting on my confirmation numbers,then she would omit numbers,then add a different number,saying maybe I didn't hear her when I had her on speaker the whole time! I kept asking for the number over again about 5times!im going to be checking my visa just to be safe. I wonder where the better operators went??

Internet router was taken by a service tech because he felt like it completely disabling my security system(cause you think it would have a separate line for that) and making my smart home a regular home and the worst of all completely causing my work computer useless. I've been with sasktel for over 10 years and you think they would help but nope they said the earliest time a qualified tech would come and fix the issue that was caused by sasktel. Was two weeks away. And come on pick up the phones. Your a phone company you think it would have a shorter time then 3 hours.

My dad recently passed away and I had to go in to deal with his accounts. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate how they treated me. They were so kind, and helped me deal with everything with no issues. I have had troubles with every other company so far. Gloria was fantastic with everything and everyone else showed great compassion for my loss. Thank you all for the kindness and the help.
