M	Mckylee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast ! 15 minutes and phone was back in action. Very cheap and works just as good as a apple screen. Drove 40 minutes just to go there in a hurry !
J	Jeff Tienkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called and tried to talk to a lady about getting my screen changed couldnt understand her and she wouldnt let me get a word in told her what kind of phone and all I could understand was "dont have one call back try next week " what I wanted to do was to find out if they could do it when would they have time to do it about how much it would cost but couldnt get a word in heard a lot of good things about this shop but my first dealing with them has me unsure if I want to get work done there it was like they had no time for a customer added note The lady I talked to a little while ago just called me back not sure if I miss understood her or just got things confused was every good of her to take the time to call back and when I've got time I'll try to get something worked out with the business hopefully things go better next time I contact them for now I'm going to change my rating to a3⭐and if things go well I'll change my rating again
D	Dana Shynkaruk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely horrible customer service, I purchased a replacement screen form them for my ipad because I damaged one of the ribbon cables when I was replacing my battery, they sold the screen to me for $60 plus tax, I could have gotten it on amazon for $25 but figured I didnt want to wait for it and it would be good to support a local business, the screen was faulty after I installed it - the bottom row would not work unless I rotated it to horizontal. I took the screen in with the receipt(it was about a week later as it was over the christmas holiday) The second I walked in and started to explain what was wrong the lady there literally started yelling at me claiming it had no warranty, she was very rude right from the second I walked in and very hard to understand and kept telling me she knows why it doesnt work but wont tell me, we suspect that she tried to sell me a faulty screen because I did the work myself instead of getting them to do it, after a long argument with her she called her Dad and he told her to refund me, I took my money and went to PA Electronics repair, purchased a screen for $30, was assured that if it had issues they would take care of it, plugged it in to my ipad and everything works great, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, they are rude, ignorant and will rip you off, also the employee both times I entered the store was not wearing a mask as per provincial guidlines

I wanted the same colour so he took one off a different customer's phone and when I picked it up, it was scratched. So I told him that I wanted a new screen. When I picked it up the second time, there was a smudge or scratch on the inside of the forward facing camera and the scratches on the home button. He wouldn't even look at the damage and scratched camera lens. His solution was to rip the screen off and give my money back. Not much of a solution.

(But I'm a little hard of hearing, too.) However he was friendly. I do understand that fancy shops = higher prices. This guy was fast, and the phone looked like it was brand new. And he was the lowest price in town, by almost 1/2. I don't do many reviews, but he deserves one.

T	Thor Repairs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Bought a battery from this place 4 months ago when all of a sudden it got hot and stopped holding a charge and then started to swell and push my iPhone screen upward. They installed it so I went back for warranty work or some sort of help and the guy there made it sound like what happened was normal and would charge another $65 dollars for a new battery. All I can say is if all you can get is 4 months from an aftermarket battery then its not worth it. I will never recommend this place to anyone since they did not help me with my issue. I feel scammed. I wasn't even mad that the battery failed....all I wanted was for them to replace it. This phone was used under normal circumstances. Also to add to this the guy explained that they over heat because women put them in their bra but I am a male that doesn't need a bra. That was his explanation for why it got hot. Very disappointed. Ill just get a new phone and stick to OEM parts when needed. DO NOT go to this place! The guy(Naeem Butt) is on here putting 5 stars to his business to bump up his rating.
