They insisted I needed a 20 foot aerial for my installation which would require two men. Explorenet re-issued the workorder to another company who installed the system with no aerial. He claims there were no tracks in the snow to even indicate the man went on the roof to check signals. These people are big up-sellers. Beware.

I guess that I am the only one who has had continual problems with these people saying that they are going to be there the next day, then not showing up. Meanwhile you are waiting for them for 5 hours without a phone call. Then they tell you that you have to call your satellite provider to book another appointment. Really can't believe that I am the only customer who has received this treatment.

Mitch!!! Mitch came to our house on muskoday reserve, way out of the way, and ended up cutting down an entire tree with an axe to get our signal back up to 100% after two weeks of no TV whatsoever. I can't believe it. Even when told that we could get somebody else to do it, he went above and beyond the call of duty - it was absolutely amazing. Much, much better than what we've gotten in the past! Thank you so much! Best service ever. Had to sign up with their internet, too, and we're so excited to swap! Sounds 500x better.

Extreme Theatre installed Xplornet Internet on May 14. The installer suggested running the cable across the roof without screws, we agreed. A week later the cable was dangling over the side of the roof. First call to to Extreme Theatre we were told someone would be out to fix it. Next call to Extreme Theatre we were told to call Xplornet. Several calls to Xplornet finally resulted in Xplornet issuing a work order to fix the problem and Xplornet would cover the cost to $150. Extreme Theatre claimed that was not on their work order and was still arguing the install was not the problem. We spent a lot of time trying to get this problem resolved. If Extreme Theatre would have taken ownership of the problem at the beginning and fixed the dangling cable, this review would look much different. I would not recommend Extreme Theatre for Xplornet installations and I will NOT be supporting their business again. This business response below underscores our concern of not taking ownership for their work. We are not sure of were the notion that we modified the installation came from. The anchor point that was ripped out of the roof has been there for well over 4 years with no issues. The week after the Xplornet installation the anchor point was clearly ripped out of the roof by the new Xplornet cable (and both cables were dangling over the side of the roof). This would have been very evident to anyone who would have looked at it. Extreme Theatre did not come to look at it and only made accusations.

Extremely poor service. Service tech went to the wrong location, never contacted me but they are still trying to bill me for hookup charges that they never did. Thieves. Asked for manager to call but he never did.

Had an issue with my router service through Shaw. They sent these guys over. Cant remember their names. But nice guys did the job quick! Very professional and good customer service.
