R	Ryan Toxopeus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really clean with lots of selection. After going to another nearby store and their shelves looking like a bomb went off in the store and didn't have several items we were looking for, it was nice to see a store that looked great.

I entrered the store around 930 tonight and turned the corner to customer service. I stood there at the counter for an awkward amount of time and it looked like the woman (blonde older woman with curly hair ) was tearing down for the day. She saw me finally, never said hi, barely looked at me, didn't ask what I want. She proceeded to throw the box of covid tests at me. I have never received worse customer service in my life. I had worked retail for 15 years so I know the struggle is real. But really?? I am going to call your boss to complain because this lady needs a head check. You don't treat customers this way. This being said, the cashier was young and super pleasant. I haven't had this problem before today.

D	D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fall 2021, I stopped here to pick up a prescription for my fiancee who had surgery the day prior and was just brought home. I didn't have any issues with the pharmacist, but one of the store employees (an older guy) followed me out of the store. I assume he figured I was stealing something because I just had the medication and no groceries per se. He clearly stood in the parking lot, looked at my licence plate, and didn't go back into the store until I drove away. That sort of thing seems INCREDIBLY inappropriate as he was basically accusing me of being a thief without actually confronting me. However, that's not what really irritates me. The worst part is that when I called the store when I got home, I'm pretty sure the employee that followed me out is the same one that picked up. I still told him I was furious about that event, especially after being stressed out about my loved one's recent surgery. Since I was suspicious about who I actually spoke with, I called in the next morning and spoke with someone else (the store manager). Surprise surprise, the store manager had not been informed about the event. No note had been left. No message passed on. We go to this store quite often and I see that this employee is still working there. I will not shop somewhere that treats their customers like this.

Front staff are friendly and efficient. Good selection of international options for an extra treat. Featured case of local meat products at the entrance is a nice touch. All gluten-free options are consistently well labelled. In-store bakery and deli are well stocked and well displayed. Clean, accessible washrooms.
