β β β β β i found myself in an untenable situation and reached out to sands for help. joanne was my main counsellor and she was assisted by lillian and kimberley. all three of them were exemplary in handling all of my questions and concerns w/their kindness and caring about what was happening to me. they always made sure to make sure i had the information needed to get me to the next step. and always took the time to contact me or return my calls and patiently helped me.
joanne was very professional and understanding of my situation and spot on in her initial assessment of the next step i should take. i followed her advice and am now in a better situation as a result. she deserves all the accolades that you read about her in these reviews.
if you find yourself in a similar situation, know that sands and associates will take care of business for you so that you no longer have to stress over the next phone call or letter demanding action from you to resolve your issues as all of it will immediately stop once you fall under their protective umbrella.

β β β β β I can honestly admit there would be no way I could pay off my debt and thanks to Marlene and Kristine they showed me the way. They showed me the way how to recover from being in debt. They are truly professional kind and courteous and I would say that you can trust these people. They went to bat for me and Have taken the weight and the stress out of my life and I thank them for it.

β β β β β When I contacted Sands n Associates my debt load was out of control as I was trying to keep my family surviving through the draught of COVID-19, I came to a place after 2.5 years later where my finances were in a disastrous state and I could not make the payments on the majority of my bills, and was getting one payment away from not being able to make my mortgage payments, while extended family supported us with food. I was in dire straights and needed a miracle. Sands n Associates was that miracle for me. I am now able to start working towards getting my life and finances back on track and I can now see light at the end of the tunnel!
