No matter the task ahead of him, he does it with great effort and always makes sure that we are satisfied. He has helped a lot in managing our strata such as dealing with difficult evictions. Highly recommend!! I’m especially appreciative of his expertise in all things strata-related. His customer service is top-notch! Jodhveer always comes to the meetings prepared. He always brings matters to review that are important and we appreciate his knowledge when he advises us on anything Strata Property Act related and if he does not have the answer, he will always come back with it when he tracks it down. PQ has managed our Strata for the last few years and I recommend this company to everyone lucky to have this team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New update: The Property manager, Ciprian Floroaie, does not respond promptly to emails, if any response is received at all.
The strata manager assigned to our strata corporation seems to be complicit in the routine violation of BC strata property laws by our strata council, and does not provide clear answers to questions that he is asked.
A strata manager's duties include acting in the best interest of the strata corporation and acting in accordance with the lawful instructions of the strata corporation.
There was an incident in which the property manager provided my private phone number to a third party without my consent.
The company's contact's response contained no attempt to explain how the incident was not a breach. It only provided an explanation as to why my personal information was breached.
Two weeks later the property manager doubled down and gave my email address to a contractor after asking me how I would like to be contacted, and after I answered, by telephone.
Addendum: when the property manager went on vacation for two weeks my service request was delayed an additional two weeks.
When a property manager goes on vacation, the owners are expected to wait for him to return, as no one is assigned to cover for him.
One of the tricks I use in my own job, to reduce the number of communications that I receive, is to answer each one I receive with a thoughtful and complete response (hint hint).
Communications and meeting minutes also contain grammatical and spelling errors, which brings into doubt the property manager's attention to detail.

I moved from out of the country and it was a stressful relocation. Pacific Quorum was one area that did not add any stress.
