★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took several emails and phone calls to get any sort of response from Haven. To get a clear answer is extremely tough - all I wanted was a quote for the rent + utilities for a property and they couldn't give a straight answer. It truly felt like I was constantly chasing them when I was interested in a property. Rather than them being helpful and professional.
I've heard from people within a property that they manage that they don't assist in maintaining the building, don't respond to questions and are not helpful. I'd stay away from using this property management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company didn't do a thorough check on the tenants they found for my townhouse. These tenants ruined my new house within a year. I had to have it painted, professionally cleaned and put new carpet in the stairwells. The stove top was damaged so badly that I had to replace the stove. This company was always hard to reach unless they were asking for their money. My advice is to do it yourself or find a different company to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see a place in South Surrey. Met with the agent, Amolak, who barely said 4 words to me the entire time. I asked him to reach out to the landlords to see if we can negotiate the lease length, and he said he would get back to me but never did. I sent a follow up email, but no response.
Renting properties doesn't make you lots of money, I get it. It doesn't mean you nonchalantly show a place to a potential tenant and then stop responding to them. At least communicate if the landlords were not okay with the offer as a courtesy to your potential tenants, and to your landlords who have entrusted you to represent their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a bunch of thieves especially Amolak Gil. Say goodbye to your deposit with Haven Properties. Claimed I didn’t pay utilities on 2 different occasions and showed them the etransfer receipt for those months. Very unprofessional, and will take a month+ to fix any issues which happened to me. Amolak Gil sent a plumber after 40 days to fix a hot water leak which caused mold in the bathroom. Stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a viewing set up for a Saturday afternoon, we were left standing in the pouring rain for over an hour, received no phone call or email that they were not available. The number they gave me to call was only good mon- fri, sent an email it has been several days, have still not received any calls or messages to explain why they didn't show up. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Haven Properties to manage my property for the last 5 years. I live in the Middle East, where there is an 11 hour time difference between Vancouver and Qatar. I am extremely happy with their management services, especially Amolak Gill, who is in charge of my property. The few times the tenant had concerns, Amolak handled the situation quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Haven Properties for any property management services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda comes to our strata meetings and gives her personal opinions, not advising on the laws of the strata act. This has caught us in some trouble twice. They are slow in meeting minutes correspondence as well. I wouldn't recommend them to any other building for bare minimum strata management. We don't need a "Karen," we need someone objective to help.

He was late to the appointment and treated like it was our fault, didn’t even apologize for being an hour late. He lied to us multiple times and didn’t get back to us with the questions we had. Horrible experience
